Brad Bennetts joined Legal Interact as the manager of the IT Technical department responsible for converting over 500 Attorney firms from the old word processing type writer style machines to the very first desktop computers and Novel computer networks in the early 90's. He oversaw the implementation of the legal accounting, conveyancing and collection software that his father, Colin Bennetts had developed for the Legal market. During this time, Brad learned to fly and after 7 years in the Legal computer industry, he took up full time employment as a commercial pilot. Since, he has accumulated more than 19,000 hours and 24 years of airline experience in over 65 different aircraft types, including the Boeing 747 and Airbus 320/330/340 series, and competed in aerobatics at national and international levels.
Brad was instrumental in developing an advanced training program that has been adopted by many airlines around the world. He also ran his own advertising agency for 16 years. His entrepreneurial spirit led to his involvement in a business that provides financial and accounting services and after leaving South African Airways in 2021, he partnered to create Dragonfly Finance where his highly disciplined and professional approach to his various careers and skillsets will continue into the bridgining finance sector of the property market.

After a short stint as an Operational Medic after school, Anthony Keating pursued his love for aviation joining SA Express as an operations controller for several years during which time he funded his own commercial pilot license. Anthony has since accumulated over 16 thousand flying hours as an Airline pilot most recently for South African Airways where he flew the Airbus A330/340 on the company's International routes.
Anthony is passionate about sport and his entrepreneurial spirit has resulted in various business ventures over the past 15 years. After leaving SAA with 20 years of dedicated and professional service, he now extends his skills, knowledge and attitude to the bridging finance market as a partner in Dragonfly Finance.

Julianna Spence is an accountant and a registered tax practitioner with 21 years experience within the industry. Julianna started her own consultancy 11 years ago and provides financial management services and turnaround strategies to a wide field of industries within the African continent. Julianna also specialises in the winding up of deceased estates and the administration thereof.

The property transfer process can be a lengthy one and many participants in property transactions require access to funds, which would only become available on the day that the transaction is registered in the relevant Deeds Office.
Dragonfly Finance provide the funds that creates a much needed bridge between the participant’s immediate cash flow requirement and the eventual entitlement to funds on registration in the Deeds Office and is typically not provided by commercial banks.
Dragonfly Finance provides bridging finance to settle outstanding property taxes or municipal accounts or to pay transfer duties. We also bridge Estate Agents commission and this all requires the knowledge and guidance of a qualified Attorney to see things through.
